Prior to forming his own firm, David Piotrowski has worked in the legal and business affairs departments of Regent Entertainment, Inc., Warner/Chappell Music, Inc., and Famous Music Publishing, Inc.

Mr. Piotrowski has knowledge in transportation law, immigration, business transactions, contract analysis and negotiation, licensing, copyright, trademark, estate planning, and landlord / tenant matters.
