Evictions.  We handle evictions throughout Southern California.  Our primary geographic regions include the Santa Clarita Valley, including Valencia, Castaic, Canyon Country, and Newhall.  We also represent landlords in eviction proceedings in the Antelope Valley including Lancaster and Palmdale, the San Fernando Valley, Pasadena and the greeater San Gabriel Valley, and El Monte.

Estate planning.  The estate planning practice helps people create a plan which may include a will, a power of attorney for both healthcare and financial purposes, and a trust.  We seek to minimize or avoid probate and to have your assets handled accordging to your wishes during and after your lifetime.

 

Business.  The business law practice includes the drafting, negotiation, and analysis of many types of business contracts, including but not limited to agent and vendor agreements, lease agreements, real estate contracts, liability releases, licensing agreements, and more.  In addition, this office works with individuals and companies wanting to establish a formal business entity such as a corporation or an LLC.

 

Immigration.  The immigration law practice assists foreign students who want to study in the U.S.A., as well as foreign students who are graduating from an American university and want to get a visa that allows them to work in the U.S.A.  This office also works with individuals and companies who want to sponsor an employee for employment.  We work with individuals become a permanent resident and a citizen of the United States using both the family-based and employment-based methods.
