2013 Unlawful Detainer Hub Courts in Los Angeles County

David PiotrowskiIn an earlier post, I discussed the many changes coming to the Los Angeles county courts regarding evictions. These changes are scheduled to begin taking effect on Monday, March 18, 2013.

Beginning March 18, 2013, new eviction cases in Los Angeles county can only be filed in one of the 5 “hub” courts. To determine the proper hub court, refer to this Zip Code Table [pdf].

Here is some information directly from the Los Angeles county court system relating to the new unlawful detainer eviction hubs.
