Los Angeles rental properties subject to the Los Angeles Rent Stabilization Ordinance (LARSO) must post the following notice in a visible place at the rental property.
LARSO Posting NoticeFailure to post the notice in a conspicuous place is a violation of law under the Los Angeles Rent Stabilization Ordinance (LARSO) and may delay or cause the landlord to lose an eviction case or incur other penalties as a result of non-compliance with the LARSO.
