Do You Qualify for a Complimentary Call?

The following are types of cases where we currently provide representation. Complimentary initial phone calls to discuss a potential eviction case against a tenant of up to 15 minutes are available if you meet all of the following requirements:

  • This is your first call with us
  • There is no rent control or local tenant protections in effect for the rental property
  • The rental property is permitted correctly and there is no illegal construction
  • You do not already have a pending case
  • You do not wish us to review any documents
  • The potential eviction is of a type of eviction that we handle and the property is located within our service area
    • Service areas that currently qualify for a free call include the city of Santa Clarita, parts of northern LA county (but not including the Lancaster/Palmdale area or any unincorporated areas of the county), and parts of Ventura county and Orange county
If your possible case does not qualify for a free consultation, we may still be able to provide a paid “informational only” call to discuss the rules surrounding evictions and get you going in the right direction. For example, while we do not provide representation for rent-controlled properties in the city of LA, we can provide you with a paid informational call to explain to you what you can/cannot do when it comes to evictions. Many landlords find these informational calls to be extremely helpful because the eviction rules can be very convoluted and complicated. A 15 minute call is $95. When you go to schedule a call with us, the form will walk you through the process and determine whether or not the call will be paid or complimentary.
